Jennifer Erb has over 20 years experience in the human resources field. She earned an MBA, Leadership from Franklin University and BBA, Human Resources from Ohio University. She held several HR, staffing and recruiting roles with Olsten staffing company. Her experience in staffing was the foundation for expanded growth in corporate HR roles.
From 2000-2012 she was the Director of Human Resources for BMI Federal Credit Union. In this role she applied human resources strategy to earn the company an award as one of the Best Places to Work in Ohio based on best employment practices and employee engagement.
She is currently the Managing Director for HR Services at Tallann Resources. She assists clients with all aspects of human resources, including training, career planning, job structure, salary grade plans, performance management, and employment policies.
She has been on the Board of Directors for industry and field associations, most recently the Human Resources Association of Central Ohio. She holds her Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) designation as well as the SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM - SCP) from the Society for Human Resource Management.
