I began my recruiting career 30 years ago. I never expected it to be a long-term career but over the years I developed a sense of loyalty and love for the pharmacy recruiting profession. I began my career as an office support person at one of the original pharmacy staffing firms. I went from running errands and emptying garbage cans to being promoted to the accounting department, then went on to work recruiting and sales, from there I went into territory management and managing a team of account managers, and finally after 11 years, I became the National Sales Manager. I learned so much from this company, but there was something else calling me. Around this time, I completed school and decided to fulfill my long-term dream of owning my own business. Since I invested so much time in the pharmacy recruiting arena, I decided to continue this path and open UNITED Pharmacy Staffing. Throughout my career, I’ve found jobs for thousands of Pharmacists, Pharmacy Students and Pharmacy Technicians throughout the United States. I’ve worked with Hospital, Retail, Mail-order, Long Term Care facilities and take great pride in understanding the needs and challenges that face each industry. Every day I strive to do better and provide exemplary service to my employees and clients alike. Although, I’ve worked as a Pharmacy Technician at Advocate Health and Cook County Hospital, my true passion is working behind the scenes in creating new job possibilities. I’m truly passionate about the Pharmacy Industry and have dedicated my career to it.
