Deborah has spent 30 years in the staffing industry and is proud to be associated with such a noble profession. She uses this experience to hire, train, and manage her team of staffing professionals who share her same passion and commitment to staffing: developing long-lasting relationships, built on hard work and trust, with clients and applicants alike. Her leadership philosophy is basic….provide the highest level of service to every person you encounter. Deborah is an active member Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), and the American Staffing Association (ASA). Her community involvement includes volunteering with Education Matters in Catawba Valley, Board of Directors for the Catawba County Chamber of Commerce, and Innovate Catawba. When Deborah isn’t working, she’s spending time with her family, doing anything outdoors, and spending time in the mountains with her husband and her two furry children.
