With 17 years of staffing industry experience, Nicole brings her vision, drive, and expertise to Star Staffing. Her commitment to providing long-term cost savings and productivity improvements for clients is an underlying goal as she oversees client relations, sales and marketing, operations, and the overall strategic direction of the organization.
Nicole is also the best-selling author of From Receptionist to Boss: Real-Life Advice for Getting Ahead at Work. The book is now required reading in the entrepreneurship program at Sonoma State University. She hosts a podcast called Career Conversations where she leads inspiring conversations with successful people from all over the business, education, and community worlds.
