Flavia Arsenault, head of LA-based design recruitment boutique Yellow Bob brings 9 years of hard earned wisdom in matching creatives to clients growing their teams. She founded Yellow Bob in 2018 to address a much-needed gap in design recruiting for the purpose driven space. Discovering and telling stories that show a kismet connection between a client and particular candidate, whether at the C-level or anywhere else on the org chart is what gets her up in the morning. Flavia has placed designers and other creatives at F500 companies, startups, agencies and nonprofits. Known as the “Creative Connector & Croissant Crusher,” Flavia reaps the rewards of her French Studies degree in pursuit of the most finely laminated croissants in LA.
