I have been in sales for 40 years. I started my sales journey in the garment center selling dresses for the 1st 20 years of my career. Was lucky to be introduced to the staffing community 20 years ago. I have joined the Encore Funding team recently and our team has well over 100 years of staffing knowledge behind them. I believe in being honest. I cannot sell something I don't believe in. I also love helping people, if not with what I have to offer then to guide them to people that provide a true product that will hopefully be a fit for them. To me it's about being true to yourself, I think that is the difference between a good salesperson and someone just selling to sell.
