I used to take apart my toys to see how they worked. It was a form of problem solving. Today, I find that building things, which is what I love to do, requires insight into how and why business, culture, systems and people actually function.
Fascinated by macro organizational dynamics, group inspiration and individual motivation, I help scores of other folks as a way to pay forward all the good others did for me.
In business, I founded a few real winners in the technology and human resources sector. I purchased and/or invested in a bunch, too. People say I am a powerful communicator, visionary and leader.

Back before the Internet, I graduated from Oral Roberts University after which I pastored a couple of thriving churches and then served in a para-church organization that ordained 1,800 ministers and oversaw 300 domestic churches.
Today, I am honored to be a guest speaker in many business, church and educational settings.
