Tracey Madden, CPC, CTS, is the President of McIntosh Recruiting Group in Dover, NH. She believes that, “The beginning of success starts with a smile.”
She independently started the business back in 1986 and has remained privately owned with a service area of Northern New England ever since.
A generalist firm, they support Executive Search, Business Operations and the Light Industrial Industries in both staffing and direct hire placement. McIntosh Staffing works with the smallest companies to international firms and in government staffing.
She and her staff believe in consultative partnering with their clients and candidates to ensure that all parties are fully informed, communication is trusted and transparency is possible.
Tracey is the 2016 Recipient of the New England Personnel Services Lifetime Achievement Award and 2016 ASA Most Valuable Contributor for her commitment to education and ethics.
She has mentored and trained to both National and Regional industry associations and professsionals for 20+ years.
She is a member of ASA, NAPS, NNEAPS as well and a Conference Advisor for New England Annual Programs.
She has served on a variety of advisory boards in private and public industry as well as colleges and universities. She is a graduate of the University of New Hampshire with a degree in Business Administration.
