Bio

As a 24-year veteran in the Staffing Industry, I have a proven track record scaling successful, high-growth companies. I spent 20 years at ettain group where I helped propel the IT Staffing and Talent Solutions firm from an entrepreneurial startup to over $160 million in revenue, holding various executive leadership roles ranging from Chief Operating Officer, Vice President of People, and Vice President of Recruiting & Delivery. The company was acquired by Manpower (Experis) in October of 2021- one of the largest private company transactions in the history of our industry.
As President and Investor of WorkN, I enjoyed the challenge of being the 5th employee and market leader of digital transformation for the staffing industry through our mobile technology, leading to a successful exit and acquisition by Avionte. 
In 2023, I had the privilege of working closely with a dear friend, Leslie Vickrey,  to prepare ClearEdge for the next phase of growth. During this time, I realized how much I love helping CEOs achieve big goals, dream big, get "unstuck," and prepare themselves and their teams for the future. 
I founded Hyson Advisory because I love the opportunity to share my breadth of expertise in partnership with CEOs of staffing firms who are serious and committed to growth.

Throughout my career, I’ve had the honor of working with incredible teams, customers, and mentors. I am grateful to have been recognized in 2022 by Staffing Industry Analysts as a DEI Influencer, and recognized for 3 years as a Global Power 100 - Women in Staffing. In 2018 I was recognized by the Charlotte Business Journal for the 2018 Women in Business Awards. I proudly serve on the Board of Directors for the Colorado Technology Association,  volunteer with the American Staffing Association, and serve on the 2023 ASA Women's Leadership Council as Vice Chair. 
On International Women's Day 2022, I launched my first book, Together We Rise, with 14 incredible women executives with the hope that our stories will inspire and encourage others to elevate more women into leadership roles in the staffing industry.
