Charles Harkola is a Syracuse native and graduate of West Genesee High School and Niagara University.
After graduating college, I spent 5 years in the Capital Region working for the Rensselaer County Regional Chamber of Commerce. Since November of 2014, I helped Nurse Connection Staffing expand their operations from Albany, NY to open a regional office in Central New York. As of January 2018, NCS is proud to service all of Upstate New York.
Outside of work, I enjoy volunteering with community organizations such as: Hospice of Central New York, Onondaga Lake Conservation Corps., the Ancient Order of Hibernians, Rotary Club of Eastwood & Liverpool, as well as serving on the Board of Directors for Central New York Sales & Marketing Executives (CNYSME). In 2018 I was recognized with the “40 Under 40” award as well as a 2019 Crystal Ball award through Central New York Sales & Marketing Executives. I also enjoy hiking, golfing, and am a snowboard instructor during the long NY winters!
