Tom Sarach has been employed with Reliance Staffing Services for over 28 years. In 1989 Tom started work as a placement specialist with Reliance Staffing Services. In 1995, Tom founded COATS (Complete Office and Automation for Temporary Staffing) after first successfully designing it to manage Reliance’s daily operations. COATS is now marketed and sold nationwide. Tom, who is currently President of Reliance Staffing, received his BS in Computer Science in 1989 from Old Dominion University.
