I’m the Chief Operations Officer at iLabor and VeeBee, where I focus on one thing: turning vendor chaos into predictable, compliant, and scalable staffing programs. Over the last 15+ years, I’ve lived at the intersection of staffing, technology, and vendor partnerships—leading teams across IT staffing, vendor management, sports data, and hospitality. That mix has shaped how I build operations: start with people and process, then layer in technology that actually gets used. At iLabor, I helped architect and launch VeeBee, our AI engine for vendor document review. Under our leadership, iLabor has: • Increased vendor engagement and program visibility for our clients • Simplified compliance and onboarding so teams can move faster with less risk • Earned national recognition, including Best Place to Work honors and a place on the Inc. 5000 list I care as much about team cohesion and talent development as I do about workflows and dashboards. Whether I’m designing a new vendor process, rolling out an AI feature, or coaching leaders, my goal is the same: make the work clearer, less chaotic, and more meaningful for the people doing it. Outside the office, I’m a mom and deeply invested in community work that expands opportunity and justice. I’ve co-led conversations like the Women Making HERstory series and supported initiatives such as Winds of Change and the Art of Freedom Foundation, focused on expanding opportunities within our communities. If you’re leading a staffing firm, MSP, or large vendor program and wrestling with sub-vendor complexity, compliance sprawl, or “we’ve outgrown our spreadsheets,” I’m always open to a conversation about what we’ve learned and how we’re helping teams scale smarter.
