Matt founded TalentCraft with the goal of providing an elevated, candidate focused recruitment experience. His time in the industry has been focused on building relationships based on trust, genuine authenticity, and a commitment to results. Matt has deep experience serving clients in a wide range of industries; always taking a flexible approach to meet their ever changing needs. He believes TalentCraft’s greatest assets are the people it serves, and has committed the firm to always be seeking new ways to attract the best & brightest, while staying grounded in its core values.
Prior to TalentCraft, Matt spent 8 years with Strive Consulting where he helped lead business development and define new offerings. Matt graduated with a degree in Finance from Purdue University in 2007. He lives in Arlington Heights with his wife and three young children.
