These three are affiliate companies dedicated to delivering exceptional talent solutions and services across industrial, corporate, engineering, and sciences sectors. Through my work utilizing labor economics and market research/analytics, I encourage data-driven decisions within the organization and for our clients.
At work, I study industry trends, pay rates, labor force characteristics, employment outlooks, hiring activity, and other data points and trends as they relate to the labor market. My responsibilities include educating internal teams about what types of companies are hiring, assisting leadership with location selection and internal structure, writing reports on labor market trends, and consulting clients on best practices for attraction, engagement, and retention of employees.
