Todd Kennedy, CTS, is the President and CEO of Accurate Staffing, Inc. with its Corporate offices in Akron, OH. He believes that, “The beginning of success starts with a smile.”
He independently started the business back in 2008 and has remained privately owned with a service area of Ohio and affiliate companies nationwide ever since.

He and his staff believe in consultative partnering with their clients and candidates to ensure that all parties are fully informed, communication is trusted and transparency is possible.
Todd is a 2012 Recipient of the Distinguished Sales and Marketing Executive award by the Sales and Marketing Executives International. In 2019 Accurate Staffing, Inc. was awarded the Largest Minority Owned Staffing Firm in the State of Ohio. He is most recognized and valued as a Contributor for his commitment to education and ethics.
He has mentored and trained to both National and Regional industry associations and professsionals for 30+ years.
He is a member of the American Staffing Association, The National Association of Personnel Services and The Society of Human Resource Management as well as a member of many Chamber of Commerce organizations nationwide.
He has served on a variety of advisory boards in private and public industry as well as colleges and universities. He is a graduate of the University of Akron with a degree in Business Administration and Management.
