Prior Cobalt Compass, Kim had 28 years in the staffing industry and served as a member of executive leadership at a global staffing firm. As SVP of Client Services and Global Accounts, Kim was responsible for the development and implementation of global accounts with an emphasis on The Americas. She also established the Government Solutions business which acquired and serviced clients at the state, local, and DOD level. Kim also led the commercial National Accounts practice resulting in sales diversification of the US business model.
Before joining Hays, Kim worked for a national staffing firm. She served on the executive committee and was responsible for the acquisition and development of Strategic Accounts as well as the national sales strategy with execution across multiple product lines.
Kim graduated from the University of Florida with a BS in Journalism and the University of Miami with her MBA. She has a PMP project management certification and a Six Sigma Lean certification. In addition, Kim regularly contributes articles to The Staffing Stream (SIA), Staffing Hub, and HRM Outlook. She has appeared on the Staffing Hub, Elite Recruiter, Digital Recruiter, Recruiters With No Limits, Career Talks, Staffing Playbook, Staffing Monthly, Fidelis Leadership, and Ivy Podcasts as a guest. She has presented at Staffing World, Recruiter Growth Summits, Staffing Sales Summits, Crelate FDE, IL Staffing Association, Scale Funding, MRI Network, World Staffing Summit, and WI Staffing Association.
