With a career spanning over twenty years, Bonnie Sine has a very diverse background. She was in retail management for six years and prior to that she was a Senior Noncommissioned Officer in the United States Air Force. Bonnie has worked in management, human resources and safety for most of her career. She provides expert consultative leadership in support of over 200 personnel.
She has worked as a Human Resources Generalist, Benefits/ Risk Manager and as an HR Consultant. She has an MBA from William Carey University and is currently enrolled in a SPHR certification course at Tulane University.
Bonnie has a very diverse background, working with the military, hospitals, service industry, retail, light industrial and the skilled trades. Her current position as Branch Manager for Nextaff Gulf Coast has expanded her background to include Professional Employment Organizations (PEO), Staffing Franchises and Human Resources Consulting.
Bonnie combines her employee relations skills and safety knowledge to successfully reduced workers compensation expenses which resulted in a tremendous savings in premiums and settlements. Bonnie believes in being proactive and developing the team approach to success.
Bonnie is a member of SHRM and serves the Centurion Board of Directors for the Mississippi Gulf Coast Chamber of Commerce and is on the Curriculum Advisory Board for Virginia College. She is also active in many community organizations such as Mississippi Business Women, Biloxi Professional Women and Women in Construction.
