I'm Lisa Retchless, and I currently serve as the Regional Sales Manager at SmartTalent, Business Development operations for our Lynnwood and Kirkland offices. I began my journey with SmartTalent in 2017 as a Business Development Manager in the Kirkland office. My success in that role led me to expand support to the Lynnwood market, which ultimately earned me a promotion to Selling Branch Manager. After a brief hiatus in 2020, I returned to SmartTalent in 2024 with renewed purpose and a fresh perspective, focused on driving growth, strengthening partnerships, and helping businesses and talent thrive.
I’m passionate about what I do - connecting people with opportunity and building lasting relationships that go beyond just business. My approach is rooted in collaboration, problem-solving, and a genuine commitment to seeing others succeed.
In addition to my professional work, I’m proud to serve on the board of the Snohomish County HR Association (SCHRA) as Director of Professional Development, where I get to support HR professionals in their growth and education. I also volunteer with SnoValley Pride, helping foster a more inclusive, connected community for LGBTQ+ individuals and allies in the Snoqualmie Valley.
When I’m not working, I’m usually outside - hiking, backpacking, paddle boarding, snowshoeing, bike riding, or quad roller skating. Music is another big part of my life, and I enjoy volunteering at a local music venue where I can stay connected to the arts and support my local creative scene.
