I feel really lucky to have had the path I've had in this industry. I started out in call center leadership, found my way into internal talent acquisition, and that's honestly where everything clicked for me. I realized I loved living in that world. So I took the leap into external recruitment and never looked back.
That was about 15 years ago. Since then, I've worked a full 360 desk, grown into branch leadership and client success, and built experience across both light industrial and professional staffing. Today, I lead our national professional temp staffing division at Eastridge Workforce Solutions, and I still very much love what I do.
I lead with love. I assume the best in people, show up hard for my team, and hold high standards because I genuinely believe people deserve that from their leader. Loyalty and accountability aren't opposites to me, they go hand in hand.
Outside of work, I'm a former semi-pro football player and had the privilege of representing Australia in the Women's World Cup. Staffing and sport have more in common than you'd think. It's all grit, team, and showing up when it counts.
