As Vice President for Specialized Recruiting Group Franchise Operations, John Thomas will be responsible for managing all operational and foundational aspects of the Specialzied Recruiting Group model, including training, content development, manuals, franchise systems, launch guides, analytics, admin, systems/tools, marketing, and communications. These positions include consulting, contract, contract to hire, freelance as well as direct hire opportunities.
