The American Staffing Association’s staffing firm owners peer groups offer like-minded business owners an environment conducive to sharing ideas and discussing business opportunities and challenges—all with the goal of improving their businesses.
- Each peer group will have eight to twelve members and will be grouped by company size.
- Peer groups are already existing; if we are able to accommodate you, we will reach out to you about being added to one of our pre-existing peer groups.
- Your first peer group call will be in January
- Calls are administered by ASA staff and facilitated on a rotating basis by peer group members.
Peer advisory group members must be at an active ASA member company with a gross annual income of $5 million or more per year. Owners of firms under $5 million per year are encouraged to participate in monthly networking calls of the Small Business Owners Interest Group in which they are already auto-enrolled.
Participation in peer group conference calls is required. Members must commit to attending 75% of all peer group calls (nine of 12 monthly calls).
The deadline to submit an application is Monday, November 20.
