Description:
The search and placement section training and engaging internal talent taskforce will assess the need for resource development and education around recruiter metrics and KPIs, compensation structures for direct hire recruiters, and retention/engagement tactics for internal staff. Some of the resources the taskforce will explore creating includes a template with metrics equations and industry average benchmarks for direct hire recruiters as well as a metrics guide for recruiters to explain the "why" behind the goals that are set for them.
