Engineering, IT, and Scientific Section—Education Taskforce

The engineering, IT, and scientific section education taskforce is responsible for planning educational webinars and town hall forum discussions for section members. Some topics of interest include addressing the skills gap and rapid changing technology, communicating with clients about the candidate market in the engineering, IT, and scientific sector, sales tactics when dealing with large scale MSPs, the impact an engaged workforce has on a client’s bottom line, and communicating with clients on the benefit of working with a staffing firm versus using an offshore recruiter. 

Additionally, taskforce members will assist the section council in reviewing proposals for section forums at Staffing World^®.
