2024 Staffing World Ambassador

If you’ve attended Staffing World previously and can provide insight and guidance to other attendees, ASA needs your help!

We are looking for volunteers to serve as Staffing World Ambassadors both onsite at Staffing World and virtually prior to the start of the convention. If you are an expert networker and are looking for opportunities to meet your fellow attendees, this may be the volunteer opportunity for you! 
 
Online responsibilities include...

• Network with your peers during the Staffing World Attendee Call 
• Participating in discussions on the Staffing World Attendee Community on ASA Central
• Posting on social media by using the official hashtag, #StaffingWorld
   

Onsite responsibilities include...

• Welcoming attendees onsite at the Gaylord Opryland Resort and Convention Center and handing out conference guides
• Greeting and directional support
• Welcoming first-time attendees at the Staffing World welcome mixer
• Networking with attendees at the ASA booth during expo hall hours
• Helping attendees understand the conference app
• Offer to serve as an onsite “buddy” for first timers/ people coming alone
