2020 Member Education and Certification Committee

The purpose of this opportunity is to champion industry education among ASA members, affiliated chapters, and state networks in coordination with ASA staff.

Volunteer responsibilities include

• Review and provide feedback and advice to ASA staff on industry educational programs and services, including Staffing World^® workshops and roundtables, ASA webinars, certification and continuing education programs, and other aspects relating to education, as appropriate.
• Actively participate in four one-hour committee conference calls per year and follow through with any commitments made on those calls.
• Participate in ASA programming, webinars, and conference calls as needed and appropriate.
• Communicate with ASA members and nonmembers to encourage participation in ASA educational programs.
• Become familiar with and be able to describe and promote all ASA industry training and certification programs and services.
