Although staffing is the focus of his current business model, Chris has a diverse background and significant plans for future businesses and growth. In 2011, he entered the staffing world with a local staffing company and found his niche in sales and customer service and he generated significant results. Rickerson ventured out on his own in September of 2013 and started Elite Staffing Solutions. The company exploded to over 3M in sales in l2016 alone. Rickerson has plans to expand the staffing company as well as venturing out into other business endeavors.
In his spare time, you will find Chris spending time with his three sons ages 10, 8, and 7, traveling, pursuing his faith and driving fast cars! He is a committed donor and volunteer with the Convoy of Hope organization, a member of the American Staffing Association, and a member of Vistage.
