I am the Director of Learning & Development, based in Cincinnati at BelFlex’s corporate headquarters. My focus is on design, development, and delivery of companywide training programs, using multiple learning methods. I adapt and modify training as the business needs and expectations change. I also support our field offices as we innovate our processes through state-of-the-art technology. Before taking on this role, I started in the business in 2011 recruiting for a high-volume local branch to later be promoted to Branch Manager. I love what I do and I am passionate about helping others grow to their full potential.
