Bio

CJ Rodriguez is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame, Mendoza College of Business. As a senior executive with over eighteen years of expertise in staffing, people development, operations, and sales & marketing, her successful partnerships have helped evolve national and globally recognized organizations.  As an expert in the staffing industry, CJ has coached, mentored, and advised business owners, executive leaders, and their teams on successful business and leadership strategies.

Having a core focus on building scalable HR and Organizational Development growth strategies have allowed CJ to serve as a leader and advisor/partner at the highest level in organizations. Through leadership and blended business acumen, her experience delivers a demonstrated understanding of the strategic, operational, and financial components of broader business management. Areas of leadership and development of various human capital towers include talent acquisition/management, HR operations, compensation and benefits, performance management, and leadership development.

CJ’s experience spans HR verticals to include healthcare, wireless telecom, IT/Software & engineering, accounting & finance, marketing, real estate, and government institutions. CJ has directly helped shape and evolve start-up to large-size companies by developing scalable programs focused on HRIS system efficiencies, talent attraction & management, benefits, LOA’s, work comp, return-to-work programs, and performance reviews to support direct, remote, and seasonal staff from 50 to over 3500 FTE’s.  Additional initiatives include employee awareness, diversity and inclusion programs, succession planning, and elevated employee engagement programs.  Combined with her business acumen, these attributes help her to meet highly unique business demands.

 

ON A PERSONAL NOTE...

CJ is passionate about social responsibility and community outreach initiatives. She has held multiple seats on boards to help promote awareness for leadership and youth development, leadership advancement, and other humanitarian initiatives. CJ believes in a servant leadership style and holds strong team values. She is a sports enthusiast and played competitive softball. CJ's favorite pastime is spending time with her family and engaging in outdoor activities.
