About Me:
Currently, I've been with AtWork Group, for the past 6 years. I manage and help develop our franchise locations located in Central US. Previously, I spent 5 years as their Director of Learning & Development at the corporate location in Knoxville, TN. I have spent the last 16 years in the training/staffing/recruiting sectors holding a variety of titles from Senior Staffing Specialist to National Recruiter and now my present role. Throughout my experience, I've acquired a range of new skills in this ever-changing industry that's all about people! Prior to entering the staffing industry, I spent over a decade in retail sales and account management. I had the opportunity to work for some of the top retailers and product lines in the country. This was great experience and definitely prepared me to be able to take on any and all challenges!
I was recently named Training Magazine's Top 125 Rising Stars of 2016. I'm also an active volunteer with the American Staffing Association. In my free time I enjoy distance running and have completed 2 full marathons and over 50 half marathons. I also volunteer with my local track club and my son's school board.
