Contingency-based recruiter with seven years experience consulting with clients regarding their human capital challenges. Initial experience in the industry was staffing of various types of candidates (administrative, skilled technical, such as electronic technicians, legal, production, etc), while for the past year-and-a-half my focus has been primarily degreed, professional level candidates. Worked in both metropolitan and medium-sized markets and understand the recruiting and retention challenges of each. Client development focus is primarily with companies located in the region east of D/FW to the Texas/Louisiana state line, and from the Red River in the north and as far south as Lufkin/Nacogdoches.
