A lifetime Californian, Barry co-founded Motive Workforce Solutions (MWS) in 1996. Originally was formed as Two Roads, but merged with Motive Companies in 2021. Barry is responsible for driving MWS client partnership team to achieve strategic goals and provide custom staffing solutions to clients throughout the country. He continues to be an active partner with clients and has managed staffing efforts Prior to MWS, Barry helped grow a newborn staffing company, McDonnell Douglas Technical Staffing Services, into a national leader in the staffing industry.
The Vince family lives in Long Beach and are very active in the local community. Barry has completed multiple Ultra Trail Running events, multiple full distance Ironman triathlons, Spartan races and extreme mountain sporting events.
Community service is a top priority for the family. Barry and wife, Erin serve on the board of Children Today, which supports homeless daycare facilities for children in Long Beach.
