As Operations Director for 3rd Degree Screening, Inc., I excel at maximizing my strong depth of professional experience and key leadership competencies. I'm responsible for the day-to-day operations of 3rd Degree Screening, Inc. While establishing goals to achieve a significant productive impact, and operational excellence. I'm responsible for: business expansion opportunities, building business partnerships, background check processes and procedures, sales, client customer service, as well as identifying new prospective clients and markets. With over seven and a half years of management experience with 3rd Degree Screening, Inc. background check solutions, I recently developed a “Facts on Me” program that will assist job applicants to identify what employers may find during an employment background check.
I have a Bachelor of Education Degree, with a Major in Sports Management and Minor in Business, at the University of Kansas in Lawrence, KS. Additionally, I have achievements to include the NAPBS FCRA Basic Certification; the NAPBS Research Provider and the NAPBS FCRA Advanced Certification, as well as a member of numerous NAPBS Committees. As a highly dedicated professional I'm also committed to volunteering my time, and sports talents, as an Assistant Wrestling Coach with High School students at Skutt Catholic High School in Omaha, NE.
