Mentor Match, a benefit for members of the American Staffing Association, is an online tool that connects mentors and mentees to share experiences and provide guidance to industry peers for career development.
Mentor Match allows you to make valuable industry connections, define career goals, enhance leadership skills, and gain insight from staffing peers. The program is about growing professionally and networking with fellow ASA members.
How Mentor Match Works
The Mentor Match program will run in two six-month cycles per year (January–June and July–December) and applications open twice a year—May and October. Getting started with Mentor Match as a mentor or mentee takes just a few minutes of your time by following three easy steps:

Step 1—Choose to apply as a mentor or mentee. Please be as specific as possible in your application so you can be paired with the right mentor or mentee, if accepted into the program.

Step 2—After you have completed the ASA Mentor Match online application form, you will receive a confirmation email. The ASA team will review your application and notify you of its status in a timely manner.

Step 3—Mentoring relationships are slated to last 6 months. ASA will be checking in with program participants throughout the mentoring cycle for feedback and suggestions.
