Once you sign into your ASA account, select "CE Credits" at the top of the screen. Select "Submit CE Hours" from the options.
Next, scroll all the way down on the CE Submission page and select the ">" arrow next to the certification type. It is a drop-down feature that will show the green CE Submission button (see screenshot attached). I also created a video tutorial here on the CE submission process.
