    Hi Staffing Team,

    We're exploring the best way to utilize TikTok to attract new hires . The president of my company mentioned he heard a presentation through ASA a few months ago about some staffing companies that were having some great success with TikTok.

    I wanted to reach out and see if you or your company know of some examples of firms that are having success with their TikTok account driving new business and clients.

    Really appreciate any examples.

    Hi Maryhelen - 

    My team is utilizing Tik-Tok but more on the recruiting end of things, not so much for sales/new business.  They have been posting a new video about once every 2 weeks or so and we have had people apply that said they heard about us from the Tik-Tok videos.

    Yes we use it for recruiting side.  It is a great way to create video content and then post to all your other social media pages.  15-30 videos generate a lot of views.
