    Good morning Staffing friends,

I am seeking guidance in compiling an email ( short, friendly and to the point) for my recruiters to send to their clients with the following content:
    1. Minimum wage increase 1/2023
    2. The economic climate
    3. It has become increasingly difficult to find employees for low wage/minimum-barely above wage
    4. Supply and demand of employees
    5. Tight labor market-supply at an all time low

I was hoping to not reinvent the wheel and that someone has a sample to share with me. My email is

    Hi Jeannie and ASA Family,

This is a great question/issue, and it can be very challenging crafting the right message to clients explaining how these factors impact your business, and as a result how you service their business.

We have used Haley Marketing to help create messages to our staffing co clients and prospects. Because they have been working with staffing cos for many years (clients that have similar issues as the ones you mentioned) they "get it," and probably could help you in this area.

    Stay safe,

    David Schek

My recommendation? This should be done face-to-face. It increases the likelihood that you will secure the increase and it maintains the integrity of your relationship with each client.
