    Happy Friday Everyone!

    I am wondering how you are handling tracking PTO for internal staff.  We have been doing it manually and really need to get away from that type of process.  I would love to hear recommendations.

    We use iSolve  - that tacks the PTO, Anniversary date, weekly time slip, Requested time off etc.  There is a section you can use for scheduling ( we don't use that). My HR department has been very pleased with their service.   Hope this helps.

    Hello Jennifer. We use Bilflo, it's back-office automation software that replaces manual back-office tasks for our team such PTO/leave tracking, timekeeping, and time management. Bilflo also sends the data to your payroll and accounting systems. Saved us about 70% in labor costs in total.

    We also use iSolved – they are our payroll provider and have a PTO tracking platform that has worked well for us. 
    If memory serves, our previous payroll provider also offered that type of tool. If you use a third-party payroll provider it might be worth asking what they already have that you might be able to easily implement.
