  • 1.  Legal staffing compensation structure

    Can anyone out there give me some advice on an average commission structure for legal staffing?   I have been told that traditionally, they are different from an LI or engineering structure. 

    Any help would be appreciated and thanks!

    We do a lot of legal direct hire placement.    Our fees typically run between 20 - 25%.   I hope that helps.   :-)
