Hosting a successful job fair:
Full on recruitment=3 recruiters minimum to help interview and process forms in order to hire candidates on the spot.
1) Your advertisement will disclose information for candidates to go prepared to your job fair with proper documents to apply for work and work history information
2) Have candidates apply online to save time
3) Location is important either inside or outside with electrical outlets to connect your computer/ printer for ID copying
4) Outdoor - Take a couple canopy's, for staff and candidates for shade,
5) Chairs, tables, clip boards, pens
6)Take applications, extra forms for errors
6) Drug Test/ trash bags/ sanitizers
7) Check- in List
8) Take cases of water bottles and chip as snacks
9) Set up balloons - to show candidates where you are
Hope this information helped

Subject: Jobs fair!
Hi ASA members,
I am interested in learning what are ways to host a successful job fair.
Has anyone hosted job fairs midweek and, if so, have they been successful? I would appreciate hearing any advice or experiences you have had.
Thank you,
Ajeeta
