    Hi Tom,

    DE&I is Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion. Simply put, it's making sure everyone feels welcomed and like they belong at your organization. I always say "everyone in and no one out". It's representation and making sure you have a mix of diverse thoughts, backgrounds, age, ethnicities, genders, etc. around the table.  It's about building relationships so all people from diverse backgrounds feel safe and embraced within your company. It's about being open to hearing new or different(diverse) stories so we all can expand the stories we already hold in our minds/hearts. It's about being curious.
