  • 1.  'Customer Service' Ticketing System

    Hello ASA Network,

    We are currently using Jitbit as our internal and external ticketing system for all 'customer service' needs - this includes everything from Contractor issues entering their time, to internal requests to kick off onboarding, and everything in between.  It hasn't been working great for us - lots of connection issues with the way we are using.  Anyone else using a ticketing system they love? We have already looked at Freshdesk, Happy Fox, and Zen Desk, looking for a few more to demo before we decide on a new product! thank you everyone!

    Hi Claire,

    We've been using Zendesk internally for almost 5 years now.  I've moved almost all departments to it and have had great success.  With the configurability and reporting capabilities, it is everything we need.  It can scale with you too.  It has a satisfaction module built in so you'll get metrics around how the end users are feeling and areas of opportunity pretty quickly.
