We use to use Prove-it testing and I thought they were wonderful.   Unfortunately, after they changed their platform and company name we felt the ease of use and overall functionality of the system really went down hill.   We've used a few differect testing sites over the last three or four years but we have not found one that we really liked.... and it's time to renew again.   All that being said, has anyone found a testing software for general typing, data entry, Microsoft products, etc. that they are comfortable recommending?
    Thank you in advance!

Teresa - we ran into the exact same issue with Prove-It when they changed ownership as well!

We moved over to eSkill and have had an excellent experience with them!  They've got a tremendous course catalog and we've never had any issue with not having the assessment we want for the situations required by our customers.  Their customer service has always been top notch as well, much different than Prove-It at the end.

We've always worked with Chance Shilling, his contact information is below:

    I hope this helps!

Thank you for the information.    The ease of prove-it definitely spoiled us!

The best testing software that I have ever seen is eSkill.  It's reasonably priced and has robust offerings.
My contact there is Melissa Gates and her email is melisa.gates@eskill.com

    Good luck

We've used SHL/Talent Central for many years.  When we evaluated the software years ago against others in the industry one of the reasons that we choose this software over others was that during MS Office simulations you have only 2 chances to answer each question so it really lets you know if the candidates knows the software they will be working in.  Our subscription is annual vs. per test cost.  You can also set up assessment bundles so if you send the same assessments as a group regularly you don't have to keep recreating them.  https://www.shl.com/solutions/products/assessments/
