Teresa - we ran into the exact same issue with Prove-It when they changed ownership as well!
We moved over to eSkill and have had an excellent experience with them! They've got a tremendous course catalog and we've never had any issue with not having the assessment we want for the situations required by our customers. Their customer service has always been top notch as well, much different than Prove-It at the end.

We use to use Prove-it testing and I thought they were wonderful. Unfortunately, after they changed their platform and company name we felt the ease of use and overall functionality of the system really went down hill. We've used a few differect testing sites over the last three or four years but we have not found one that we really liked.... and it's time to renew again. All that being said, has anyone found a testing software for general typing, data entry, Microsoft products, etc. that they are comfortable recommending?
