Hi Robert, Tim from the ASA Research department here. Regarding resources we have available: we did conduct a compensation and benefits benchmarking survey in 2022. Participation has closed, but reports from that study are available in our store. You can learn more about the study here:
ASA Staffing Industry Compensation Survey (americanstaffing.net)Another place we look at wage data is the Bureau of Labor Statistics Occupational Employment and Wage Statistics program. We pull that data into our Temporary Help Wage Tool, which is available on our site as a free members-only Excel download
: ASA Temporary Help Wage Tool - American Staffing AssociationThis latter source is probably better for sourcing wage levels for individuals that you're placing, as it doesn't get into benefits or compensation structures. Note too that the BLS data are a bit older (published at the start of Q2 2022) so you'd want to consider wage growth over the last year or so when looking at those figures.
Hope this helps. Thanks for raising the question--I'd love to hear what other resources ASA members are using for this type of benchmarking.

Subject: best sources for staffing wages
Good Afternoon,
Can anyone tell me some good resources for staffing industry wage information? I want to make sure our comp package is market competitive but finding roles with comparable duties has been a challenge. Does ASA have any such information available?
Thank You!
