  • 1.  Time Keeping Platform

    Hello,
    I wondered if anyone can recommend a platform that we can use so our temp employees can enter their hours and clients can approve their time. Ideally maybe one that can work with our invoicing in QuickBooks.

    Timeforce has a good integration with QuickBooks and is easy to set up for client approvals

    We're currently searching for a time tracker that integrates with Quickbooks as well.

    Do you happen to know their website? I've Googled "Timeforce" and unable to find their site.

    I'm sorry I gave you the product not the parent.   The Parent is iSolved -  You can wind them at www.isolvedhcm.com.   We have used their Quickbooks integration for about 4 years.   We are moving off of it as we are deploying Bullhorn.

    Hi Dawn,

    I developed a web-based time keeping solution that might be helpful to you.  It integrates with Quickbooks and FitBit (for employee wellness) and has reporting that can be used to upload hours into payroll systems that will accept .csv files.  It's pre-market but we've been using it for over 2 years and it's solid.  Customers and employees find it very simple to use.

    Hi Dawn,

    We built a web-based time and approval system that you're welcome to use. We've been using it for 4 years now and a couple other staffing companies use it as well. It does timecards/approvals, invoicing, and GP reports for sales reps/recruiters (or anything you want to track) and exports the time and invoice data to QB Desktop.

    Hope you find a good solution whoever you go with.
