    Good afternoon -

    We moved from StaffSuite to Bullhorn two months ago and I've been very disappointed with Customer Support.  My main issue is the reporting capabilities.  StaffSuite had numerous standard reports for sales/usage/hours/payroll/margin/costs, etc.  I'm having an extremely difficult time accessing the same data in Bullhorn.  The only response we can get from Bullhorn Support is a link to their reports menu which is of no help.  We use EmployDrive for payroll.

    Any Bullhorn users with whom we can connect to discuss?

    Our company made the switch to Bullhorn and Employdrive at the end of September.  We have experienced and are still experiencing the same problems you've shared.  Bullhorn's customer service has disappointed us from the start and the lack of industry standard reports is shocking.  Our best ally has been Jeff Johnston at Employdrive.

    Christine,

    We moved to Bullhorn about 2 years ago and have struggled with the same issues with them.  We ended up having to have a third party create reports that should have been part of the base package.  The biggest disappointment is the inability to mass load or mass change data in the system.  Again we have had to rely on a third party to load or clean data as Bullhorn does not provide a standard way to manipulate information.  With regards to customer service we have had less than a satisfactory level of service and have had numerous conversations with their team without any real improvement.

    Hi Christine,

    We our currently on Avionte', but I have been to several Bullhorn conferences. I have become friends with Melissa from https://chameleontechnologiesinc.com/. They have done some very cool business intelligence with JobDiva and Bullhorn. 

    I modeled some of our internal business intelligence we do from Avionte' off their work.

    Their good people, and she has a staffing background.  So might be worth reaching out to them.
