Our company made the switch to Bullhorn and Employdrive at the end of September. We have experienced and are still experiencing the same problems you've shared. Bullhorn's customer service has disappointed us from the start and the lack of industry standard reports is shocking. Our best ally has been Jeff Johnston at Employdrive.

Good afternoon -
We moved from StaffSuite to Bullhorn two months ago and I've been very disappointed with Customer Support. My main issue is the reporting capabilities. StaffSuite had numerous standard reports for sales/usage/hours/payroll/margin/costs, etc. I'm having an extremely difficult time accessing the same data in Bullhorn. The only response we can get from Bullhorn Support is a link to their reports menu which is of no help. We use EmployDrive for payroll.
Any Bullhorn users with whom we can connect to discuss?
