Michelle - Remember that the party who controls the working environment records the illnesses and injuries on their log. You control your office's working conditions and your client controls the working conditions at their worksite.
Just one way to think about it. :D

Michelle,
When you say internal staff do you mean W2 employees or only your internal staff of your home office. Our temporary employees are W2 employees of our firm so wanted to get that clarification.
Thanks,
Wendy

Tricia,
You are only responsible for completing the form for your internal staff. Any injuries sustained at a client site would be completed on their log.

I am a small staffing company with approximately 100 employees. I do furnish employees to a few of the specific industries listed on the OSHA site, but not more than 20 to each of those specific industries. Do I still need to submit my form electronically?
