    Does anyone here use any time of software that monitors work being done by recruiters on their computers?  I am open to any recommendations.

    We have used ActivTrak in the past. Based on that experience, if you feel the need to monitor, then you likely already have your answer. I am not a proponent of using these tools since it caused us to waste time and delay action. I understand where you are coming from and wish you luck!

    we have used Veriato (formerly Spectorsoft) for at least ten years.  Powerful software in terms of capabilities...it will record keystrokes, take screenshots, and log tons of data.  It also has a very appealing dashboard that gives usage statistics in a readable format.
