  • 1.  PA Mandates Unemployment Benefits Notice to Employees

I'd love some feedback  from other agencies located in Pennsylvania:
This new PA law (Act 9 of 2020), enacted April 11, 2020, mandates that employers provide notice to employees about unemployment benefits at the time of separation.
Are you providing this notice every time an employee's assignment ends ? Or, are you providing it after a certain period of time has passed and you have not placed them on another assignment?

We have had our recuriters send the notices when they find out that someone has been rendered unemployed.   So, far, it has been working for us.
Thanks and yell if you want to talk further.

Thanks for posing this as I did not see it to be honest. After reading  it, the "AT THE TIME OF SEPARATION" leads me to do it ASAP if knowing is rendered unemployed. Nothing I see reflects anything else. We will be sure to send it out immediately.

    Thanks again!
