I wanted to reach out for different options other companies are doing for recruiters that are working in the office versus remotely. For those who are working in the office, are you offer a hazard pay, bonus, or any other incentives? There is a struggle to get those who have been working remotely to come back to help in the office with the workload on site. I wanted to see what options you are currently doing or other suggestions.

We launched a great hybrid model that is performance and tenure based. It allows our team to have the best of both worlds. As far as hazard pay: there are enough employers requiring full in-office work that this is not necessary.
Be strict about employees not coming to the office if they are experiencing any symptoms of illness or if they have been exposed to Covid. That is the best way to keep the office from being hazardous.
But the majority of the world is back to work, and an office job is just not hazardous.
